Always keep the goal in mind. Interdisciplinary teams for success. Focus on customer needs. Empower creativity & innovation. And most of all: Do!

Approach to digital transformation

Our path from digital strategy to realising your digital vision is a simple one:

Analyse the status quo - create a target picture - define a roadmap and transform.

It might not be as easy as it sounds, but with a clear structure and goal in mind, challenges are easier to tackle! A structured approach helps us to know at any point in the digital transformation where we stand. And above all to see which steps are up next.

Always keep the goal in mind

Collaboration & Co-creation.

I like to get all stakeholders involved and all knowledge on the table. To enable interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange of ideas at eye level I use workshops, and creativity techniques. This helps to get everyone on the same page, identify the problem, and commit to a solution. As a result, we empower interdisciplinary teams across business areas to innovate and create outstanding solutions.

User-Centred Design Principles

Everything we create and innovate we do to solve a specific problem for our user. There are a few fundamental principles for the design process:

  • Involve users right from the start. Know your users and make decisions based on their needs.

  • Clarify requirements. Align business requirements with user needs.

  • Include feedback loops. Collect and analyse user feedback to make user-centric decisions.

  • Always be improving. Iterate to adapt and improve constantly.

Frameworks for innovation

It doesn’t depend on the technique you use, the point is to consolidate all available knowledge and perspectives in your ideation process.

What all creativity methods I use have in common:

  • We focus on real users to be able to build something they really need

  • We tackle challenges in a hands-on and iterative way

  • We take user insights and work - prototype - test iteratively

  • Failing is part of our process to build the best solution for our users

These methods prevent us from dedicating much time and effort to a project or service that is not desirable.
